The Safety and health of each employee throughout R.B. Hinkle is more than a priority; it is a value that is ingrained in the way we conduct our business and live our lives.

This philosophy has been implemented as our driving force. We expect complete dedication to the elimination of unsafe practices and conditions. This is to be upheld by every employee within R.B. Hinkle, regardless of any other factor.

Part of our program is Stop Work Responsibility. This is a responsibility that each R.B. Hinkle employee has. Anytime anyone sees an unsafe act, condition, or doesn’t understand the work procedure, they have the responsibility to stop work until the condition is resolved, or they have gained a better understanding of the procedure.
